I am an interaction designer who practices human-centered design to create services, products, and experiences that empower people to live their best lives.

I am passionate about tackling complex systems and creating experiences that foster human connections.

My areas of focus and expertise are UX/UI design, service design, design research, and strategy.

Currently, I am a User Experience/Interaction Design Manager at Johnson & Johnson, designing websites and applications for J&J's consumer products, and users working in hospitals, labs, and supply chain.

I have an MFA in Interaction Design from the School of Visual Arts and a 7-year background in art direction and graphic design working in the public sector, nonprofits, and the publishing industry. For my thesis project at SVA, I created Local Biz Collective, a toolkit and a website that empower small business owners to connect and build an alliance in their neighborhood.

Previously, I was a service design apprentice at the Service Design Studio of the Mayor's Office for Economic Opportunity, where I learned service design, design research, and designing and facilitating workshops. Besides, I was the Art Director of Americas Quarterly Journal, and a freelance graphic designer working on editorial design, graphic design, and brand identity.
