I’m an interaction designer and MFA Interaction Design candidate at the School of Visual Arts.

My areas of focus and expertise are user experience design, service design, content strategy, design research, and community engagement. I am passionate about tackling complex systems and working on social impact projects.

For my thesis project, I'm working on a community building platform that will provide tools and guidelines to empower NYC small business owners of storefront shops and restaurants to connect and develop partnerships and solutions to their biggest challenges.

This past summer I was a service design apprentice at the Service Design Studio of the Mayor’s Office for Economic Opportunity. Previously, I was the Art Director at Americas Quarterly, a nonprofit policy and culture magazine focused on Latin America.

I was born and raised in Porto Alegre, a city in the south of Brazil. I moved to NYC to study at the City College of New York, where I received a BA in Electronic Design and Multimedia from The City College of New York.

In my free time, I enjoy doing yoga, biking, going to the beach, traveling to historical sites, reading mystery books and watching science fiction TV series.
